We handed these out at the UFT Delegate Assembly December 16. It was was grabbed up by the delegates and important in staking out position against the "official" UFT-AFT line on this. UFT President Mulgrew of course was crowing about the new ESSA Act and the NY State task force (reflecting Cuomo's 180◦ turnaraound). We said "Not so fast..."
