On September 26, Class Struggle Education Workers joined with the Internationalist Group and CUNY Internationalist Clubs in a contingent at the NYC protest on the one-year anniversary of the massacre of the Ayotzinapa teachers college students in Mexico.
The protest began in front of the Mexican Consulate on East 39th Street, then marched to the steps of the 42nd Street library and to Times Square. In Mexico City, a reported 50,000 people protested with demonstrations in other cities throughout the country and internationally. The fight for a "National Strike Against the Murderous Government" features centrally in the efforts of our comrades there, as reported in previous posts.
