Message from Ayotzinapa Parents to CUNY Speak-Out Against Racist Repression

On Wednesday, September 2, upwards of 80 students, workers and faculty members participated in a Speak-Out Against Racist Repression outside Hunter College of the City University of New York. "A year since Ferguson, racist terror continues," emphasized the CUNY Internationalist Clubs' call for the protest, which highlighted the case of our fellow education worker Sandra Bland and innumerable others targeted by lynch-law terror.

A message from parents of the 43 Ayotzinapa teachers college students to the Speak-Out Against Racist Repression was read to the crowd, together with a report on the mass meeting the parents addressed two days previously at the Mexico City campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Below are some photos of the Hunter speak-out together with the text of the Ayotzinapa parents' message.
